Nate is a private limited company, which was founded when Mr. Gipin Geo, a renowned civil engineer from Kerala, and Managing Director of the company, took a chance and decided to pave his way. Since then, we have completed multiple commercial and residential projects and have grown into a reputable builder. Our success is achieved and sustained through innovation, collaboration and a true entrepreneurial spirit. We are a team that stands firm on our reputation and through a strong presence across Kerala, we are not just redefining the construction experience, we are building a new one.

MEET THE FOUNDER, MR.GIPIN GEO

Gipin Geo graduated in Civil Engineering in 1993 and has straight away taken to his desired field of construction, associating himself with Lichen Builders as Director. In 2012, he launched his own construction firm, Nate Builders Pvt. Ltd. The success story of Nate is not one that needs much of a mention; successfully completed projects and an array of more projects in the pipeline is proof enough. Gipin Geo brings with him his vast experience of more than 25 years driven purely out of passion for quality lifestyle. He is married to Milna, who is an accounting professional and a pillar of strength and support. They are blessed with two children, George and Elizabeth. Together, they work toward constructions with high quality, branded materials that come with a guarantee and are delivered on time with no compromises made.

WHAT TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS ARE USED IN ALL THE PROJECTS?

  • Structure : Earthquake resistant RCC framed structure/shear wall with proper foundation as designed by structural consultant. Solid block masonry, plastered with cement mortar.
  • Flooring : Imported/Indian fully vitrified premium floor tiles for entire apartment. Non-skid ceramic tiles for balconies and work area. Toilets with non-skid ceramic tile floor and wall tile up to 7 feet height.
  • Kitchen : Granite counter top, 2 feet high wall tiles with dado above counter top. Single bowl sink with drain board. Provision for exhaust and washing machine points.
  • Doors : Teak-wood entrance door. Imported modular doors with engineered wood frame and flush shutters for internal doors.
  • Windows : UPVC framework with glass.
  • Painting : Internal wall and ceiling - paint with emulsion or equivalent paint, with putty finish for entire flat. Weather shield paint in external walls.

What is an outright sale?

An outright sale is a sale where the seller sells the building along with the land. When a buyer buys, he is buying

  • Space in the building to reside
  • The proportionate share of land on which the building stands, in other words called Undivided Share of Land owned by the buyer.

The sum of undivided share of land of all flat/unit owners will be equal to the size of the property. The undivided share of land will be proportionate to your property area.

Nate. The logo was designed from the symbol of a dove flying upwards. Universally known as the symbol of peace, in the Christian perspective, dove is symbolized as the spirit of God that takes the form of a white dove. It symbolises that which is pure and holy.
